Iqc Technician

1. To ensure all the incoming material meet the requirement
2. To review quality and supplier performance through the data
3. To liaise with supplier and related department on raw material quality feedback
4. To assist immediate superior drive supplier improvement activities through the implementation of various corrective and preventive action processes
5. To identify and work out necessary report from suppliers or IQA for improvement
6. To follow up supplier improvement activities through CPAR issuance
7. To ensure supplier submitted periodical data as per requirement
8. To ensure on First Article (FA) data on new material fulfill the specification
9. To prepare rejection summary for weekly quality meeting
10. Any other job that may be assigned from time to time by immediate superior
