**JOB DESCRIPTION /**_**DESKRIPSI KERJA**:_
- Follow up with customers and discuss payment terms and payback plans/ _Panggil pelanggan dan bincangkan syarat pembayaran dan pelan bayaran balik._
- Handle questions or complaints/ _Mengendalikan soalan atau aduan._
- Plan a strategy for recovering unresolved payments / _Rancang strategi untuk mendapatkan semula pembayaran yang belum diselesaikan._
- Investigate and resolve payment or account issues / _Menyiasat dan menyelesaikan masalah pembayaran akaun_

**REQUIREMENTS /**_**KEPERLUAN**:_
- Malaysian citizen / _Warganegara Malaysia_
- Age 19 - 30 years old / _Berumur 19 - 30 tahun_
- Fluent in Bahasa Melayu / _Fasih dalam bahasa Melayu_
- Positive attitude, pleasant personality / _Sikap positif, personaliti yang menyenangkan_
- Good work ethics / _Etika kerja yang baik_
- Someone who is discipline and can work in a pressured environment / _individu yang disiplin dan boleh kerja di bawah tekanan_
