**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**

1. Responsible for the taking off quantity of the tendering project based on tender drawings & documents and sourcing quotation with the supplier and sub-contractors when necessary

2. Carry out site progresses measurement, valuation and follow up on site progress claim.

3. Preparation of preliminary cost estimates and cost plans of a development project

4. Encourage and develop a culture of a contractual awareness and ensure that contracts are fulfilled by rigidly maintaining records, contractual notification, change control, etc

5. Liaise with team and customers on orders, price and product availability

6. Prepare the Interim Valuation payment recommended by consultant (Architect, Engineer) and prepare Final Account Statement

7. To undertake other related jobs from time to time as directed by the Management

**WORK ABILITY**

1. Work Independently, Self Discipline and multitasker

2. Proficient in Glodon and Taking-off; Mastery of Auto CAD, Microsoft Office, and others

3. Can work under pressure, must be submitted before deadline

4. Construction estimating or finance experiences is advantageous

**ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION**

1. Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying or its equivalent

2. Must be a CIDB green card holder

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- On call
- Weekend jobs

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pengerang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Quantity Surveyor: 1 year (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 100% (preferred)
