**IT Intern**:
**1. Hardware Maintenance & Troubleshooting**
- Regular inspection, repair, and issue resolution for IT equipment to minimize downtime and ensure functionality.

**2. Software Installation & Network Support**
- Installing, updating, and troubleshooting software to ensure systems are secure and functioning efficiently.
- Managing network infrastructure and resolving connectivity issues to ensure a reliable and secure network.

**3. User Support & Helpdesk**
- Providing technical assistance to users and resolving hardware, software, or network issues promptly.

**4. Data Backup & Recovery**
- Regular data backups and recovery plans to protect against data loss and ensure business continuity.

**5. Audio-Visual (AV) & Classroom/Technology Support**
- Managing AV equipment in classrooms, labs, and event spaces to ensure smooth operations for presentations and meetings.

**6. Equipment Loan & Inventory Management**
- Managing the loaning process for IT equipment to staff or students, ensuring timely return and proper usage.
- Tracking and managing IT assets to control costs, ensure compliance, and plan upgrades.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to interact with staff and users effectively.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to work with a strong willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous internship experience or personal projects in IT is a plus but not required.

**ICT Technician (Full-time)**

**Role Summary**:
To provide comprehensive services, including troubleshooting, maintenance, configuration, installation, administration, supervision, and support for the college computer system, hardware, software, and ICT equipment. This role also involves troubleshooting audio-visual equipment and other ICT-related devices.

**Job Descriptions**:
**1. Maintenance and Security**
- Optimize workflows using ICT tools and systems such as Google Workspace.
- Conduct routine maintenance for optimal performance.
- Ensure security protocols for ICT infrastructure.

**2. Configuration and Support**
- Configure systems and install software.
- Provide technical support and resolve issues promptly.

**3. Management and Oversight**
- Manage end-to-end equipment lifecycle.
- Supervise and guide support staff.
- Promptly respond to urgent maintenance or equipment requests, and conduct emergency checks or repairs as needed.
- Maintain optimal conditions for computers, networking, cabling, ICT equipment, and cleanliness in various facilities, including computer labs, auditorium, lecture hall, studios, classrooms etc.

**4. Media and Audio-visual Support**
- Assist in setting up and troubleshooting multimedia equipment.
- Resolve issues with audio-visual equipment for seamless activities.

**5. Equipment Loan and Asset Management**
- Maintain and update records of equipment maintenance, repairs, and warranties.
- Keep track of inventory for supplies and equipment.

**6. Documentation and Collaboration**
- Maintain accurate records of troubleshooting and configurations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers.

**7. Communication and Updates**
- Provide clear technical updates and reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to address ICT concerns.
- Oversee daily equipment loans.
- Manage a comprehensive inventory of software and hardware.
- Research and compare prices for ICT equipment, software, or services, and provide detailed cost analysis to the head for informed decision-making.

**Requirements**:

- Possess at least a Diploma in IT or any related field.
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in related field.
- Able to work in high pressure situations with timely execution and meet tight deadlines.
- Ensure team-work spirit to achieve goals aligned with the department and Company.
- Respond quickly and positively to changing environment.
- A meticulous, detailed, a team player and good in communication skills
