Being the pioneer of online business way back in 2013, LUSSONET has started as an online platform where we offer premium luxury products such as COACH, MICHAEL KORS, and KATE SPADE at highly discounted prices.

After 11 years of being in the online market, Lussonet also extended its wings to open our first flagship store located at Damansara Perdana in 2024. As we continue to expand fast both offline and online, we are now looking to hire a highly enthusiastic, charismatic and passionate Live Host to join our team.

The Live Host will support our expansion in the Tik Tok platform by selling our products through engaging with our customers online.

Together with our current team, we strive to provide the best possible customer experiences through well-equipped knowledge about premium luxury goods and being intricate in serving each and every customer.

**Responsibilities**:

- Host live streams on E-commerce platforms (TikTok)
- Engage and interact with real customers to answer questions and provide product knowledge and recommendations
- Pre plan and strategize live streams for more exposure and traffic by having good understanding of current stocks, new stock arrivals and competitive pricing
- Maintain LUSSONET's brand identity by appearing professional, friendly and helpful
- Be familiarized with the premium luxury products in the shortest time to be able to promote and generate maximum revenue from the live streams
- Stay up to date with current selling trends and identify customers request and provide better solutions
- Postmortem and track engagement on the customers behavior after live streams

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Relevant experience in Live Hosting
- Ability to work in shifts and weekends
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
- Positive and goal oriented
- Able to be equipped with on-site schedules and ad hoc responsibilities

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
