Responsibilities:

- Greet guests warmly at the resort entrance and maintain a professional, friendly presence at all times.
- Ensure guest safety, comfort, and security throughout their stay.
- Monitor and control the movement of guests, visitors, contractors, and suppliers (log book & gate pass).
- Report suspicious activities or persons immediately.
- Handle incident reports (theft, accidents, injuries) and assist guests with police reports if required.
- Maintain presence at the security guard post and ensure flags are properly raised.
- Safeguard cash movement for Accounts & Front Office departments.
- Ensure safety for all resort areas, including swimming pool and beach.
- Organize parking areas and control traffic flow.
- Maintain proper documentation, key systems, and follow company policies.
- Inspect and ensure all security equipment is in good working condition.
- Perform routine patrols using the checkpoint system (minimum 2 patrols per shift).
- Liaise with local police, fire department, and nearby hospital when needed.
- Inspect log of entry/exit for personnel, materials, and vehicles at start and end of each shift.
- Patrol resort areas, ensuring all doors, stairwells, and access points are secure.
- Monitor security cameras, alarms, and surveillance systems.
- Alert supervisors/guests of any potential danger.
- Record all shift activities in the logbook.

- Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (preferred)
