Qc for Sheetmetal

To ensure that all sheet metal components, assemblies, and products meet the company’s quality standards and customer specifications by performing thorough inspections and tests throughout the manufacturing process.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Inspect sheet metal parts, components, and assemblies at various stages of production to ensure compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Check dimensions, tolerances, and surface finishes using appropriate measuring tools (e.g., CMM,calipers,).
- Conduct visual inspections for defects such as scratches, dents, warping, or incorrect forming.
- Verify material type, thickness, and finishing against job orders and technical drawings.
- Report non-conformances and assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards, safety regulations, and company quality policies.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Education: Minimum SPM / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
- Experience: At least 1-3 years of QC experience in sheet metal fabrication or related industry.
- Technical Skills:

- Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes (bending, punching, laser cutting, welding, etc.)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Proficient in using measuring tools and inspection equipment.
- Soft Skills**:

- Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently under mínimal supervision.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
