Warehouse Supervisor

**JOB RESPONSIBILTIES**:
**Inventory Management**
- Handle all inventory processes: receiving, storing, issuing, and shipping goods.
- Do regular stock counts and fix any differences found.
- Keep accurate records of stock using the ERP system.
- Monitor stock levels to avoid shortages or excess.
- Follow FIFO/FEFO methods to reduce waste and expired items.
- Work with the purchasing team to restock items on time.

**Warehouse Operations**
- Supervise daily warehouse tasks like picking, packing, loading, and unloading.
- Improve warehouse layout and space use.
- Keep the warehouse clean, tidy, and organized.
- Ensure all warehouse equipment is in good and safe working condition.

**Team Leadership**
- Lead and train a team of warehouse staff and forklift drivers (including foreign workers).
- Plan work schedules and assign tasks daily.
- Make sure staff follow company rules and procedures.
- Encourage teamwork and a positive work environment.
- Perform other tasks given by management.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Min. Diploma in Business, Supply Chain or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in warehouse and inventory supervision.
- Strong knowledge of **inventory systems**(ERP experience preferred).
- Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to lead a diverse team and manage workload under pressure.
- Forklift license or experience in managing foreign worker is an added advantage.
- Willing to work in a warehouse environment at **USJ 1, Subang Jaya.**

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
