To greet and direct customers to their tables.
- To complete all cleaning and preparation of cutlery at tables.
- To present menu and provide detailed information when asked.
- To inform customers about the day's specials/promotions and offer menu recommendations and upsell accordingly.
- To take accurate food and drinks orders.
- To communicate with our kitchen team to make sure orders are accurate and served promptly.
- To up-sell to customers when appropriate.
- To serve food and drink orders.
- To be able to multi-task various front-of-the-house duties and collecting the bills.
