**Job Description: CCTV Clerk**

**Role Summary**:
The CCTV Clerk is responsible for monitoring live CCTV footage, reviewing recorded footage when required, maintaining accurate records, and providing administrative support to the security team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the safety of company premises and compliance with security policies and relevant privacy laws.

**Key Responsibilities**:1. **Monitoring & Surveillance**
- Monitor live CCTV footage from various locations within the premises.
- Identify, record, and report any suspicious activity, security incidents, or rule violations to the relevant authorities.
- Ensure all cameras are functioning properly and positioned correctly; report any malfunctions to the technical team.

2. **Footage Review & Reporting**
- Review CCTV recordings upon request by management or in response to an incident.
- Extract and securely store relevant video footage for investigations or future reference.
- Prepare detailed incident reports, including time, location, and nature of the recorded activity.

3. **Administrative Support**
- Maintain and update CCTV activity logs and incident reports in an organized manner.
- Assist in managing and archiving CCTV recordings and related documentation.
- Provide administrative support to the security or operations departments, particularly in documentation and reporting tasks.

4. **Compliance & Confidentiality**
- Ensure all surveillance activities are in accordance with company policies and applicable privacy and data protection laws.
- Maintain the confidentiality of CCTV footage and related information at all times, preventing unauthorized access or misuse.

**General Requirements**:

- High level of discipline, ethics, and integrity.
- Ability to work in shifts and maintain focus during extended monitoring periods.
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and related software (training will be provided if necessary).
- Can work on PUBLIC HOLIDAY & WEEKEND

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
