**Job Purpose**

Assist in site measurement, setting out, and quantity verification for precast components in architectural fit-out works, ensuring accuracy, compliance with drawings, and quality requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1) Site Measurement & Setting Out**

- Assist in taking accurate site measurements for precast installation.

- Support layout marking and alignment checks according to approved drawings.
**2) Precast & Fit-Out Coordination**

**-**Liaise with site supervisors, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure correct placement of precast elements.

- Monitor installation sequence to match project specifications and schedules.

**3) Quality & Compliance**

- Assist in inspecting precast units for dimension accuracy and finish quality.

- Ensure all works comply with architectural fit-out requirements and tolerances.

**4) Quantity & Documentation**

- Record daily site progress, installed quantities, and any discrepancies.

- Assist in preparing measurement reports, quantity take-offs, and as-built data.

**5) Health & Safety**

Follow all site safety procedures and reporting protocols.
