Requirements:

- Specialized in **Culinary & Hospitality** or equivalent.
- Willingness to learn and help other out to work as a team.
- Exhibit flexible, proactive and positive character.
- Able to understand the sense of urgency and how time moves differently in a kitchen.
- Self discipline and is not afraid to ask question when in doubt.
- Basic communication in English.
- Minimum **3 months** internship duration.

Description:
**1.Compliance to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)**
- Ensure the preparation, production and presentation of foods follow the SOP and at highest quality all the time

**2. Research and Development**
- To be involved in R&D for development of new menu, and keeping track of all records.

**3. Safety and hygiene**
- Adhere strictly to safety and sanitation regulations in the outlet and maintain the highest standard of hygiene
- Keep kitchen area clean and organized.

**4. Food preparation**
- Assist and support kitchen chef in food preparation

**5. Perform other ad hoc task support**
