To execute the project implementation, comply with our company’s Quality Management System ISO 9001:2015 (ISO 9001), Safety & Health and Environmental Management System (QSHE), JKKP requirements, Project Quality Plan (PQP) as to accomplish the project objectives (Time, Costs, Quality, Safety & Environmentally friendly) as per contract obligation diligently.
- To assist Project Manager by circulate all documents and drawings to all site staff and liaising with HQ contract dept.
- Preparing the summary of outgoing and incoming correspondence records, and other records that required in company’s ISO system.
- To assist Project Manager to issue letters and filing of all inspection forms & other letters.
- Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the PD, Senior Project Manager, Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager from time to time.
- Monitoring and maintain project site office environment, proper filing at project site, taking care of site equipment or tools etc.
- Support other teams/departments on document preparation, file system and etc.

**Requirement**
- Minimum 2 Years of working experience in Administration work.
- Multitask and independent.
- Able to work under minimum supervision and under pressure.
