**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Handle and Prepare full sets of accounts
- Perform day-to-day processing of AP and AR including verifying, classifying, data entry and posting transactions.
- Ensure all collections have been accounted for timely and accurately and offset prompt.
- Perform other financial operations such as petty cash management, bank reconciliation, checking of expense claims.
- Maintain proper accounting records and filing system.
- Liaise with external parties such as auditors, tax agents, bankers, lawyers, authorities and others.
- To undertake other special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required by Management.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Possess minimum LCCI (Intermediate), ACCA or Diploma/Degree in Accounting.
- Competent in MS Office such as MS Word and Excel, knowledge of database and spreadsheet software.
- Knowledge of SQL Accounting software will be an added advantage
- Preferably with 1 years of working experience in accounting field with SST knowledge.
- Well verse in English & Bahasa Malaysia in both verbal & written.
- Self motivated, disciplined, good communication & interpersonal skills, able to work as a team and independently as well.
- Able to work at Setia Alam
- Working hour : Monday - Saturday (9.00 am-6.00 pm, 9.00 am-1.00 pm)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Freelance, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
