**Responsibilities**:
- Health & Wellness Assessment: Conduct comprehensive assessments base on blood test report, DNA test, health screening, analysis of lifestyle and health concerns. This includes reviewing medical histories, conducting physical examinations, and understanding clients' nutritional needs.
- Nutrition & Meal Plan Personalization: Develop personal nutrition and meal plan based on clients’ unique health conditions, goals, and preferences using functional medicine approach.
- Health and Wellness Consultation: Provide education on nutrition, healthy diet and lifestyle. Offer ongoing support and consultation to clients to help them achieve and maintain their health goals.
- Follow-Up & Monitoring: Regularly monitor clients' progress and adjust nutrition and diet plans as needed. This may involve follow-up consultations, tracking health markers, and providing ongoing support.
- Work closely with Healthcare Professionals: Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors, nurses and health coaches, to provide a holistic approach to client health.
- Studies, Research and Education: Stay informed about the latest research in nutrition and functional medicine. Participate in continuing education to keep knowledge and skills up-to-date.
- Online and Offline Workshops and Courses: Conduct workshops, seminars, or webinars on nutrition and wellness topics. Participate in community outreach programs to educate the public about functional nutrition. Record short video to share health & wellness knowledge.
- Nutritional Product and Supplement Knowledge: Able to read and analyse the food labels and nutritional fact. Possess knowledge of various dietary supplements and nutritional products, advising clients on appropriate choices.
- Marketing Activities: Participate in various marketing activities to promote products and services and acquire new customers and leads

- Computer literate and expert skills in MS Excel, Google Sheets, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
- Able to work under pressure and with minimum supervision.
- Able to commence in short period.
