- Demi Chef assists the Chef De Partie Chef with his responsibilities for the day-to-day running of his assigned kitchens. He replaces Chef De Partie in their absence.
- The Demi Chef influences the skills, knowledge, attitude, communications, and team spirit of his assigned kitchen.
- Ensure Cooking Food Temperature Control Checklist Submit to Superior by Weekly.
- Daily Kitchen Closing Checklist Submit to CDP daily.

**Requirements**:

- 1 year of experience in related industry and knowledge.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Food Safety Standards.

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
