1. Assist HOD on the production function and operation for Production Department (Seat Frame, Seat Assembly, Door Trim) to comply company Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Training and Morale requirements.
2. Plan, implementation, control, review and adjust production schedule to ensure meeting customer output and delivery requirements by determining 4M1E required.
3. Ensure production/manufacturing processes meet company quality and delivery standards by working out the standard operating procedure for production and ensure that standard operating procedure are adhered to.
4. To assist and support Head of Department daily operation and additional task given by management to the department.
5. Ensure effectiveness implementation of IATF 16949, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 procedures.
6. Responsible for occupational safety and health in working environment.
7. Ensuring the production output achieved as per target set, daily output quantity meet customer requirement.
8. Ensuring all products meet customer specification and achieve the desired quality level review rejection condition, provide solution to reduce and control production rejection and rework case.
9. Ensuring all production processes perform according process control plan thru process audit and self-verification.
10. Carrying out good housekeeping to promote safe working environment, enhance employee morale thru training and mentor-mentee.
11. Carry out process study, analysis and improvement to reduce process cycle time, increase production efficiency.
12. Ensuring all production engineering projects are implemented and enforced through according company target and customer requirement.
13. Perform daily shop floor audit to identify unsafe act/condition, production waste, poor housekeeping, sharing finding to Worker, Leader and Supervisor for improvement and sustain the safe and cleanliness working environment.
14. Organize job trainings to team members to achieve production goals.
15. Lead team to study and improve rejection and rework case in daily production.
Fuji Seats (m) Sdn Bhd is located in Rawang, Malaysia. Company is working in Manufacturing, Car Parts and Accessories, Transport business activities. Main supplier for Perodua, same working time as Perodua, mainly producing Car Seats. Works 5 days a week.
