■Job Summary

Leading 2 section (Safety and Maintenance) to support Factory and Plant to ensure continuous operation in terms of machine safety, employee safety, and maintenance sustainability.

■Job Responsibilities
- Ensure all maintenance activities, equipment, factory facilities and production machineries in orderly condition and safe to used
- Perform and support to authority inspection for FC renewal from BOMBA and Certificate Of Fitness from DOSH
- Manage and evaluating department expenses, department closing status, purchase control and vendor performance through requirement ISO
- Update and sustain maintain of ISO compliance/audit documentation
- Manage/coaching team personal, delegating tasks, checking progress and assessing staff individual performance and training with departments needs
- Design maintenance protocols with creating standard operating procedures (SOPs) to help a reliable system that enables preventive and predictive maintenance
- Maintain an internal/external record of the maintenance of equipment
- Collaborate and manage professional relationships with service providers, contractor, professional engineers, vendor and 3rd party
- Provide reporting, in progress and completion report on project basis, major breakdown and factory upgrading/investment
- Ensure level and stock control machinery major spare part in sufficient level to ensure no long delay of repair and cost saving purpose
- Design workshop HSE protocols with creating standard operating procedures (SOPs), approval safety permit, to ensure workshop equipment and activities is comply to HSE policy and compliance
- Ensure Department Fixed Asset Management in orderly updating and ready all times to be audited
- Involve to Annual Investment Plan Proposal for factory upgrading and machineries improvement
- HSE law and compliance enforcement of an organization / Safety, Health and Environment procedures and requirements and act “by the book”
- Perform appropriate HSE audits/inspection according company policy and authority compliance requirements to avoid potential penalties/compound as DOE, DOSH, BOMBA, MPPG
- Incident investigation, a major injury or just a minor issue must be investigated completely, including tendency occurred and prevent reoccurrence in complete and submit all necessary documents regarding the incident, conduct timely follow up, and communicate with HOD’s and respective persons
- Advice corrective action of support problem solving if needed

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

■MUST TO HAVE:

- Min Cert/Diploma and above in Engineering
- Diploma in Safety or Safety Officer
- More than 3 years of experience in Factory/facilities maintenance and repair
- Experience of Safety Management
- Bahasa Malaysia / English

■PREFER TO HAVE(Advantage)

■Personality Requirement:

- Teamwork/Displume/Responsible/Skilled in Solving Problems

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
