JR40472 Intern - Data Analyst

Project title:
Improve engineering tasks tracking system (JIRA) and develop automated report generation solution.

Description:

- Study the current JIRA system used by the team.
- Capture data reporting/tracking limitations and requirements.
- Understand how to customize JIRA fields.
- Propose options/methods to enable automated tracking/reporting.
- Implement chosen method to automate tracking/reporting.
- Document and share solution implementation details.

Scope:

- DRAM Reliability Monitors & Qual FA flow parameters/status.
- Set up JIRA system including schema, custom fields.

Supporting Teams:

- IT/JIRA support team
- DEMQRA team
- Data Analytics team

Deliverables:

- Complete JIRA case schema/layout to meet FA tracking requirements.
- Create JIRA dashboard for weekly data and status compilation/reporting.

Stretch Goals:

- Build data table for Tableau analysis from the JIRA exported data.

Requirement
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering
