**Job Title**: Service Supervisor (Cafe)

**Salary**: RM2,300 - RM2,500 (Full-Time)

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily cafe operations
- Lead and support the service crew
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Manage inventory, stock, and basic reporting
- Train and guide new staff
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year experience in F&B or hospitality
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Positive attitude, hands-on, and customer-focused
