Job Scope
- **Administrative Support**: Assist in the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including maintaining employee records and processing payroll.
- **Recruitment Assistance**: Publish job ads, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
- **Record Keeping**: Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, job titles, and employment history.
- **Communication**: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, providing information and resolving issues as needed.
- **Documentation**: Prepare and maintain various HR documents, including job descriptions, offer letters, and performance evaluations.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM or Diploma
- Proficiency in English and Malay languages
- Computer literate, Proficient in MS Office, Excel and Power Point

Salary range
- Basic - RM 1,600.00
- Allowance - RM300.00

Working hour
- 8.00am ~ 6.00pm (Monday ~ Friday)
- Saturday (optional)

Location
- Skudai, Taman Ungku Tun Aminah

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
