SEIBU is a luxury department store in Japan and operates 6 stores in Japan.

Seibu will open its first Malaysian store at The Exchange TRX, following its entry into other South East Asian countries.

It will span over 250,000 square feet, featuring 400-500 retail brands with 100 of them are new brands entering Malaysia for the first time, across 4 levels and it will be the first international luxury department store in Malaysia.

**Responsibilities**:

- To give direction, clear instruction, as well as good advice to subordinates and delegate jobs to them effectively.
- Maintaining and troubleshooting of POS system including credit card and e-wallet terminals.
- Responsible for record and maintenance of IT infrastructure inventory list and ensure proper tagging/labelling.
- Perform periodic software audit on all computer systems, perform administrative support and scheduled routing of IT housekeeping.
- Keep records and/or create knowledge base in event of any IT incident, IT problem and change management occur and identifying IT issues and proposing for improvement.
- Responsible for any license and hardware warranty renewal for infrastructure appliances.
- Execute and perform any task or assignment that may be assigned by the superior. Reporting to the Store Manager.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of working experience as an Executive specializing in Hardware and Software.
- IT experience in Retail and F&B industry will be an added advantage.
- Strong leadership skills with positive attitude and good problem solving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and is able to work well with all levels of staff.
- Excellent command of language both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to work and follows retails shift working hours.
- Covid-19 fully vaccinated.

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
