1. Film video content on set or on location for all brands across Messon Berhad

2. Proficient in operating videography equipment and video editing software

3. Ensure that equipment for a shoot is present and working

4. Promote content on social networks and monitor engagements (e.g. comments and shares)

5. Coordinate with marketing and design teams to create video content that will catch maximum customer interest.

6. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive social media videos aligned with the overall content marketing plan.

7. Work closely with the content creation team to develop visually appealing and compelling social media content that resonates with the target audience.

8. Utilize videography skills to edit scenes, products, or events.

9. Ensure that the video content adheres to the branding guidelines and messaging of each Messon Group brand.

10. Create video content that aligns with the branding and messaging of all brands under the Messon Group.

- ⁠Able to work well independently and also a team player
- ⁠A self starter, proactive and an initiator
- ⁠Teachable and willing to learn new things especially in upgrading personal skills to perform better on the job
- ⁠Able to multitask and is flexible to work with different departments/brands in a fast paced, rapid growth start up group
- ⁠Proficient in Bahasa Melayu and the English Language in both writing and speaking
- ⁠Ability to copywrite is an added bonus
- ⁠Must be able to plan and strategise content systematically with the ability to design and execute storyboards
- ⁠Overall positive, with solution driven mindset and attitude

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
