Beauty Advisor

Location: Cosmetics counter ( Skincare & Perfumes) at AEON departmental Store at Tebrau City

As a Beauty Advisor you are responsible for assisting customers in selecting and purchasing beauty and skincare products. You should possess in-depth knowledge of beauty products and trends, offering expert advice to clients to help them achieve their beauty goals. Creating a positive and engaging shopping experience, promoting products and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:
**Customer Service**: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and approachable manner. Listen to customers' needs and provide personalized beauty recommendations. Offer skincare and makeup consultations to address individual concerns.

**Product Sales**: Actively promote and demonstrate products to customers. Encourage customers to sample and try products. Provide guidance on shade selection and product suitability based on customer preferences and skin type

**Merchandising**: Maintain attractive product displays, ensuring shelves and counters are well-organized and stocked. Keep track of inventory levels and restock as needed.

**Client Relationships**: Build strong and lasting relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and repeat business. Keep records of customer preferences and purchase history to provide personalized recommendations.

**Cleanliness and Hygiene**: Maintain a clean and hygienic workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations. Ensure that all beauty tools and testers are sanitized regularly.

**Feedback and Reporting**: Provide feedback on customer preferences, market trends, and product performance to the store manager. Report any product issues or concerns.

**Compliance**: Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines, such as those related to sanitation and hygiene.

**Qualifications**:

- High school or equivalent (relevant certifications or beauty education is a plus).
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Sales-oriented with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Professional and well-groomed appearance.
- A passion for beauty and a friendly, approachable.
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with colleagues.
- Flexibility in work hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Knowledge of current beauty trends and industry developments.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate, Student job

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Expected hours: 45 per week
