**Job Summary**:
The E-commerce Packer is responsible for picking, packing, and preparing products for customer orders. This role ensures all items are packed hygienically, accurately, and safely for delivery, meeting quality standards and customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Pick and pack products accurately based on orders.
- Ensure all items are packed according to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Check product quality, expiry dates, and packaging integrity before packing.
- Use appropriate packing materials to protect products during transit.
- Label and seal parcels correctly for dispatch.
- Ensure parcels are packed and delivered on time.
- Assist with receiving, sorting, and storing goods when needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the packing and storage area.
- Report any stock discrepancies, damaged goods, or quality issues to the supervisor immediately.
- Support stock count and inventory control activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor to support daily operations.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent.
- Prior experience in packing or warehouse work, preferably in FMCG or food handling.
- Knowledge of basic food safety and hygiene practices.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet packing deadlines.
- Physically fit for standing work and light to moderate lifting.
- Responsible, punctual, and a good team player.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
