**About the role**

As a Sales Advisor at Ban Hin Bee Sdn Bhd, you will be a key member of our retail team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales at our store in George Town, Penang. **What you'll be doing**
- Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations
- Deliver outstanding customer service to build lasting relationships and drive repeat business
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our product range and industry trends to become a trusted advisor to our customers
- Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximise sales
- Ensure the store is well-presented and stocked at all times
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as required
- Collaborate with the wider retail team to contribute to the overall success of the store

**What we're looking for**
- Previous experience in a customer-facing sales role, preferably within the retail or consumer products industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to exceeding sales targets
- Excellent product knowledge and the ability to quickly learn about new products and services
- Attention to detail and the ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential, with proficiency in Mandarin or other languages an advantage
