Compile and provide sales data for monitoring and system uploading. Generate product-specific sales reports nationally and by brand, territory, or Channel Data Management level monthly, quarterly, and annually using distributor databases.
- Assist the Commercial team in generating, analyzing, and conducting regular market/trade insights reports and relevant analyses to support strategic business planning.
- Conduct monthly checks to ensure alignment between KPIs/scorecards and commercial plans, including verifying Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) calculations.
- Initiate, track, monitor, and compile business transactions, ensuring proper archiving. This includes processing invoices, handling sample requisitions, and addressing other requests to support the commercial team.
- Act as Contract Services to support contract management through the system for the division. Verify and check the consistency of information in contracts, ensuring accurate and updated record-keeping.
- Provide active support to the Head of Trade Marketing on special assignments and projects as needed.
- Ensure strict compliance with Company Corporate Compliance, policies, and procedures according to Company standards. Take responsibility for adherence to regulatory requirements and industry codes of ethics.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Business Management/Finance/IT or related area.
- At least 2 years of working experience in business analysis/finance role.
- Proficient in MS Office particularly MS Excel and MS ACCESS.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong ability to collaborate and able to work with all levels of people.
- Driven by a strong sense of achievement and urgency, with a results-oriented attitude to accomplish tasks efficiently.
- Demonstrates a proactive and independent mindset, prioritizing the addition of value to the business.
- Proficient in English.
