**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in coordinating the day to day operational duties for Export (international & East Malaysia) including in-bound, put-away and processing orders.
- Main liaison person to 3PL in East Malaysia to provide technical and SAP support and cascading information to 3PL.
- Responsible for inventory at 3PL (East Malaysia).
- Ensure all finished goods are readied for container loading to meet shipping schedule.
- Perform goods movement in SAP accurately and resolve any discrepancies in timely manner.
- Liaise closely with planning and shipping departments.
- Prepare and submit analyses and reports.
- Perform other administrative function as assigned by the department Manager.

**Profile / Requirements**:

- Minimum STPM/Diploma. SPM holder with related experience.
- Possess minimum 3 years experience in large Distribution Centre.
- Knowledge and experience in SAP or other relevant WMS.

**Personal skills**:

- Independent, self-driven, effective team player and dedicated with high sense of integrity
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, particularly good in working with cross functional teams
- Possess strong leadership and good analytical skill, manage and lead the team of, storekeepers and store assistants
- Demonstrate good initiative, resourceful & objective oriented
- Working knowledge of SAP/WMS, ISO 9000 & ISO 14000

**Salary**: From RM2,300.00 per month
