To perform daily planning, arrangement, coordination, pre-alert, monitoring, and execution of transporter's collection and delivery of shipments for customers.
- To utilize the company system for planning, and costing allocation.
- To achieve daily and monthly KPI i.e. Delivery On-Time, Out for Delivery On-Time.
- To drive improvement from time to time in processes, gaps analysis, costing, and any other areas deemed critical for high service level.
- Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries and concerns.
- Analyze customer orders, set delivery priorities, and make schedule adjustments to meet the timely delivery goal.
- Dealing with delivery complaints, external warehouse and customer returns, cancelation delivery, follow up with an outstanding delivery schedule, and other queries accordingly.
- To take on ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by management to support overall operations.

**Job Requirements**
- Preferably a Diploma/Degree holder in Supply Chain/ Logistics/Transport or any other field.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Knowledge of Logistics or Transport systems will be an advantage.
- Good attitude, strong interpersonal & communication skills, self-motivated, responsible & a team player.
- Experience in handling deliveries would be advantageous.
- Good computer skills and the ability to use business support software.
- Strong customer service, project management, and quality control skills.
- Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
