**Quality Control**:
Implement and enforce quality control processes to ensure that products meet or exceed established quality standards.

Investigate and address any quality issues or defects in the production process.

**Training and Development**:
Train new employees on production processes, safety protocols, and company policies.

Provide ongoing training to enhance the skills and knowledge of production team members.

**Safety Compliance**:
Ensure that all production activities comply with safety regulations and company safety policies.

Investigate and report any accidents or safety incidents and implement corrective actions.

**Equipment Maintenance**:
Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure that production equipment is properly maintained and serviced to minimize downtime.

Identify and address equipment issues promptly.

**Production Planning**:
Collaborate with production planning and scheduling teams to optimize production schedules and resource allocation.

**Cost Control**:
Monitor and control production costs, including labor, materials, and overhead expenses, to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

**Continuous Improvement**:
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance production efficiency.

Implement lean manufacturing principles and other best practices.

**Communication**:
Communicate with other departments, such as logistics, quality assurance, and management, to ensure smooth production processes and resolve any interdepartmental issues.

**Documentation and Reporting**:
Maintain accurate records of production activities, including production reports, inventory levels, and performance metrics.

Provide regular production reports to management.

**Problem Resolution**:
Address and resolve production issues in a timely manner, collaborating with relevant teams to find effective solutions.

A successful Production Supervisor needs strong leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of production processes. Effective communication and the ability to work under pressure are also crucial for managing production teams and ensuring the smooth operation of manufacturing processes.

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Schedule:
