**The Role**:

- Account receivable for China Shanghai and Singapore (eCHN).

**In this role you will**:

- Processes invoices and collections in SAP, assists team in working with Shipping, Global Customer Service personnel and customers to resolve discrepancies, old invoices, and aged residual values
- Maintains acceptable Daily Sales Outstanding (DSO) as determined by the Finance organization
- Research items and makes adjusting journal entries as necessary; downloads SAP report to complete audit workpapers
- Prepares reconciliations for assigned accounts within Blackline
- Provides support to internal and external audit and serves as SAP super user
- Participates in Entegris continuous quality improvement process and dedication to customer satisfaction.
- Other ad hoc duties as required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent combination training and experience; a minimum one-year progressive experience.
- Ability to make decisions and problem solve based on SAP knowledge and in collaboration with internal and external partners.
- Demonstrates a willingness to complete miscellaneous tasks as assigned in support of the Global Accounts Receivable team, Finance department and overall organization.
- Experience in SAP and Microsoft Excel.
