- **Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Content Strategy Development and Planning**:

- Collaborate with the sales team to craft content strategies that align with the company’s business goals and target audience.
- Stay updated with digital and social media trends to ensure content remains engaging and effective.
- Develop content plans for campaigns on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.

2. **Content Creation**:

- Plan, produce, and edit high-quality video and digital content showcasing our products and brand story.
- Conceptualize and create a variety of content formats, including educate the products, product highlights, and behind-the-scenes footage.
- Develop visually appealing graphics and animations to support digital campaigns, product launches, and events.

Other Responsibilities:

- Prepare script and enhance from time to time.
- Responsible for setting livestream process according to the livestream schedule.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and assets for content creation.
- Responsible for video shooting and editing.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media platforms to provide insights and recommendations.
- Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and platforms to ensure content relevance and engagement.
- Manage shooting/livestreams equipment.

- **Qualifications**
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital content creation, video production, and/or multimedia design.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices, especially on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
- Experience in creating content for recruitment, sales tools, or agent-based businesses is a plus.
- Excellent storytelling abilities with the skill to create engaging narratives around products and agent success.
