**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic, energetic, and engaging TikTok Live Host to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for hosting live broadcasts and creating short-form video content that promotes products, engages audiences, and drives sales. You will be the face of our brand on TikTok, utilizing your charisma, creativity, and deep understanding of TikTok’s platform to connect with viewers, showcase our products, and influence purchase decisions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Host Live Broadcasts**: Stream engaging live videos on TikTok, featuring product showcases, live demonstrations, Q&A sessions, and interactive activities with viewers.
- **Promote Products Effectively**: Highlight key features and benefits of the products during live sessions and short-form videos, using persuasive and engaging presentation techniques.
- **Create Short-Form Content**: Produce creative TikTok videos (e.g., unboxings, tutorials, product reviews, behind-the-scenes) that resonate with the audience and drive product awareness and sales.
- **Audience Engagement**: Build a loyal and interactive fan base by responding to comments, hosting giveaways, and creating content that encourages user participation.
- **Collaborate with Marketing Team**: Work closely with our marketing and product teams to align product promotions with ongoing campaigns and brand messaging.
- **Track Performance Metrics**: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as views, engagement rates, and sales conversions, adjusting content strategies as needed to meet goals.
- **Stay Updated with TikTok Trends**: Keep up with the latest TikTok trends, challenges, and popular formats to integrate them into your content and increase visibility.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Proven experience as a live host, content creator, or influencer on TikTok or similar platforms. Previous product promotion experience is a plus.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal communication and presentation skills with the ability to entertain and engage a live audience.
- **Creative & Tech-Savvy**: Ability to create and edit short-form video content, familiarity with TikTok’s features and video editing tools.
- **Energetic & Charismatic**: Must have a vibrant and engaging personality, capable of keeping viewers excited and interested throughout live broadcasts.
- **Sales-Oriented**: A passion for promoting products and driving sales, with the ability to create a sense of urgency and excitement in the audience.
- **Flexible Schedule**: Availability to host live sessions at different times, especially during peak TikTok traffic hours (evenings, weekends).

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **Content Creation Experience**: Familiarity with content creation tools such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or TikTok’s native video editing tools.
- **Influencer Experience**: A strong following on TikTok or other social media platforms with a demonstrated ability to engage with a community.
- **Sales Experience**: Previous experience in direct sales or affiliate marketing would be a plus.
