Ensuring all mechanical completion and pre-commissioning document are input into system & archive accordingly in system OCMS. - Ensuring all checklist of preservation document are input into system & archive accordingly in system PMS. - Ensuring all MSL & COG are input into system & archive accordingly in system SMS. - Ensuring all parties in project fully utilize the system accordingly & generate all document from system & utilize of document barcode / sticker barcode which help a lot on reducing time to capturing progress. - Proper control of all incoming & outgoing document classification, sorting, filing, archiving and retrieval of document in accordance to project document indexing and filing system for handover. - Always able to support users & trouble shooting on incident & request (Client, Construction, Commissioning, Planning, Warehouse, QA/QC & Material Coordinator) to use system (CPT, CPT 3R, OCMS, PMS, SMS) & make training session for first time user. - Ensure that OCMS system able to provide accurate progress / performance report for construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning activities to project management for information / decision -making and status to client. REQUIREMENT - Bachelor in Engineering or equivalent - At least 3 - 5 years of experience in heavy engineering or oil and gas industry.
