Our centre is popular with international communities/offices, applicant is expected to be able to communicate efficiently and professionally to satisfy customers’ needs

Able to manage and oversee the shop’s daily operation.

Help customers to pack and ship courier packages

Coordinate with courier service providers to ensure smooth transaction and delivery of document/parcels

Make photocopy, printing & scanning documents

Efficient in creating air-way bills for international shipment

Keep abreast with latest shipment requirement and restriction by MBE HQ and courier service providers

Prepare daily shipment summary and closing report

Training will be provided

Opportunity for promotion as outlet supervisor

Experiences and Qualification:
Application for Malaysian citizen only.

10am-8pm (10am to 7pm or 11am to 8pm weekdays) (10am to 5pm weekend and PH)

Proficient in spoken & written in BM and English (Mandarin will be an added advantage)

Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills

Retail Management: Min 1 year (preferred)

Min SPM or STPM qualification.

**Salary**: From RM1,700+ per month
