Responsible in operating CNC Machine parts. 2. Ensure that all CNC machines operate on the correct program and selection of cutting tools. 3. Maintain specifications by observing drilling, grooving, cutting. 4. Connect the CAM program created and run on the CNC machine. 5. Program modifications must be made using the control panel on the machine. 6. Make machining processes such as : Cutting raw materials such as iron according to the desired specifications to produce high quality products. - Making threading/slotting/squreing on the iron surface or the required workpiece. 7. Always make reports and send further processes to the head of the department and do machine maintenance. 8. Knowledgeable in using MS office suites, MRP, internet. In addition, 3D and CAM software, G-code, Fanuc controller, part nesting and NC equipment operation. 9. Create and produce product images in 3D form on the computer. In this way, we do not need to get the product through the machining process, thereby reducing labor and saving time. Therefore, it can increase the competitiveness of the company. 10. Provide training to local workers who are less skilled about CNC Machine. 11. Opening, repairing damaged machines and components, as well as reassembling and operating again. 12. Detect damage to the machine and make changes in terms of design, so that the machine can operate well again.\Able to read master plan drawings both in the first angle and 3-angle projection. 13. Pre-machining is done for various components for CNC. 14. Through mathematical knowledge, to calculate dimensions and tolerances and also instruments such as micrometers and vernier calipers. 15. Review blueprints, sketches, machine parts or specifications to determine the type and dimensions of metal stock required.
