**Full job description**

**We are looking for Retail Associates for our up-coming kiosk in 1 Utama**

**Dates: 21st November - 30 December 2024**

**Venue : 1 Utama**

**Hours : 6 days a week ; 45 hours / week**

**Scope of Work**:
**Customer Engagement**:

- greet and assist customers with activities at the event
- provide information about products and promotions (briefing will be provided):

- ensure stock levels are adequate and restock merchandise as needed
- assist with inventory count at start and end of each day
- maintain product displays (if any)

**Assisting at Cashiering Point**:

- pick and pack merchandise based on customer orders
- assist cashiers as needed, ensuring a smooth flow of transactions
- maintain cleanliness and organisation of the cashiering area.

**Inventory**:

- Participate in stock reception and ensure accurate documentation.
- Maintain kiosk presentation: cleanliness, organized shelves, and record-keeping

**Attire**:Black formal top + plain black pants + comfortable covered shoes

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary
Contract length: 40 days

Pay: RM12.00 per hour, OT will be paid for any additional hour exceeding the expected hours per week.

Expected hours: 45 per week

Contract length: 38 days

Pay: From RM12.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 45 per week

Schedule:

- Holidays
- Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

- Retail: 1 year (preferred)
