Operations Manager

**Job Requirements**
- At least 3 years’ and above experience in people management.
- Availability to work on weekends.
- Training experience to onboard new team members.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset, with high attention to quality and details.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality.
**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee day to day activities to ensure accurate and timely closing procedures, maintaining operational excellence.
- Provide regular reports on overdue debt status, including month-end statistics.
- Resolve Client issues promptly, ensuring operational excellence and workflow efficiency.
- Contact delinquent debtors, attempting resolution before legal action.
- Initiate collection calls, researching and resolving complex delinquency or billing issues.
- Manage cash flow and follow up on overdue debts.
- Maintain issues register and records related to the collections process.
- Ensure team compliance with Customer's policies and procedures.
- Prepare, monitor, and report team KPIs.
- Review and update SOPs for new processes or improvements as required.
- Perform ad hoc duties and special projects as requested.
- Understand and address issues from credit recovery officers.
- Determine the scope of collection operational improvement initiatives through consultation and evaluation.
- Identify areas for improvement, implement performance improvement initiatives, and track results.
- Develop short, mid, and long-term operational improvement strategies.
- Recommend cost-effective solutions to operational challenges.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
