Attend to Parts Quotations and customers / branches phone call inquiries;
- Parts backorder tracking & follow up with Doosan & Logistic provider;
- Assist in Parts and Service Invoicing;
- Check and verify correct part number and stock level at Doobiz (Dealer Portal);
- Prepare and assist in dispatching parts to branches / customers;
- Issue Delivery Order / Gatepass for machine and parts delivery;
- Attend to walk-in customer cash sales;
- Prepare petty cash claim for Parts Department on weekly basis;
- Issue Purchase Order / Purchase Requisition / Vendor Bills for payment on weekly basis and to ensure all documents are in order;
- Assist the storekeeper in the perpetual and/or annual stock checks;
- Prepare weekly/monthly Parts Sales Report;
- Prepare Overtime Analysis (Parts Personnel);
- Prepare Doosan AP payment, ensure all documents are in order for approval;
- Prepare Branch Replenishment Recommendation / Stock Transfers;
- Update and keep track of machine sales / machine population by region;
