**Role Overview**

As a **Architectural Designer**, you will work closely with senior architects and design teams to develop innovative architectural solutions for a variety of projects, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. You will gain hands-on experience in all phases of design, from concept development to construction documentation, while contributing to projects that push the boundaries of creativity and sustainability.

This role is perfect for a young architect who is eager to grow, learn, and make a tangible impact in the field.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in the development of architectural designs, concepts, and presentations.
- Collaborate with senior architects and cross-functional teams to produce detailed drawings, 3D models, and renderings.
- Participate in site visits, client meetings, and design workshops.
- Conduct research on materials, building codes, and sustainable design practices.
- Support the preparation of construction documents and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Contribute to the development of innovative design solutions that align with client needs and project goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in architecture.

**What We’re Looking For**
- A degree in Architecture from a recognized university (Master’s degree is a plus).
- 0-2 years of experience in an architectural firm or related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design creativity, technical skills, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a deep passion for architecture.
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles and green building certifications (e.g., LEED, GBI) is a plus.
