Retail Crew

**Responsibilities**
- Be well-versed with product knowledge.
- Answering customers inquiry.
- Provide friendly customer service to the customers.
- Upselling and promoting brand awareness.
- Interacting with customers and identifying their needs and preferences.
- Operating cash registers and point-of-sale machines
- Flexibility to work around customer demand
- Taking orders and payment, answering phones, delivering orders, restocking supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and upkeep an organized workspace.
- Keeping records relating to deliveries, inventory levels.
- Taking customer information and ensuring that deliveries are fulfilled accurately and on time.
- Any other duties assigned by superior.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Outgoing personality, with good customer service skills
- Willing to work on shift, weekends & public holidays
- Willing to learn and able to cope with fast-paced situations
- Ability to work with team members.
- Willing to transfer to others branch

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
