DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - KEY IN / OUT DATA ENTRY OF STOCK MOVEMENTS - UPDATE IN / OUT STOCK RECORDS - FILL OUT DELIVERY DOCUMENTS - KEEP RECORDS OF TRANSPORTION TRIPS - PREPARE MONTHLY STOCK FOR SUBMISSION - UPDATE IN / OUT STOCK RECORDS IN SAP - PREPARE CUSTOMS DOCUMENTS-GPB AM AND LAMPIRAN "C" - PREPARE CUSTOMS DOCUMENTS FOR SUB-CONTRACT- LAMPIRAN "GPB 1" - PREPARE MONTHLY STOCKS REPORTS FOR SUBMISSION TO CUSTOMS - WORKING IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE DOCUMENTED ENVIRONMENTAL - PROCEDURES AND INSTURCTIONS, SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES DEFINED IN INDIVIDUAL PROCEDURES AND INSTRUCTIONS - REPORTING PROBLEMS OR DEVIATIONS ASSOCIATED WITH ENVIRONMENTAL ISSUES AND THE EMS TO THE EMS COMMITTEE - AD HOC ASSIGNMENT AS AND WHEN NECESSARY **REQUIREMENTS**: - MINIMUM SPM/ STPM/ PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATE - AT LEAST 1-2 YEARS WORKING IN RELATED FIELD - COMPUTER LITERATE AND WELL VERSED IN MICROSOFT APPLICATION - GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND ABLE TO INTERACT EFFECTIVELY - ABLE TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY UNDER MINIMUM SUPERVISION Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month **Benefits**: - Free parking - Maternity leave - Meal allowance - Opportunities for promotion Work Location: On the road
