Immigration Consultant

**Scope**:

- Handle a high volume of immigration casework across multiple client accounts
- Liaise with operational stakeholders so as to understand their perspectives, assess their needs, manage their expectations and build strong professional relationships with them
- Craft and deliver effective, compliant, commercially viable immigration advice and solutions with a personalized touch
- Keep abreast of and help clients to comply with regulatory and policy requirements and developments pertaining to immigration and other relevant domains
- Carry out billing of services and record-keeping - ensuring accuracy, promptness and completeness

**Job Requirement**:

- Detailed Oriented and able to work under pressure.
- Preferably comfortable to speak in Mandarin.

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,800.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- KL Eco City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Bachelor's (preferred)
