We are seeking an **experienced Production Supervisor** to join our client's newly set up factory in Batu Kawan. This role is critical in ensuring smooth production operations while maintaining the standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily operations of the production floor to meet production targets.
- Lead and coordinate operators, assigning tasks and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.
- Monitor equipment and workflow, identifying and resolving any production issues promptly.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of production output, inventory, and quality control metrics.
- Collaborate with quality assurance, maintenance, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Strong understanding of production planning, quality control standards, and safety regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay

**Language**:

- Mandarin (required)
