**Job description**
- Prepare cost estimation for tender submission
- Analyse drawings, measure quantities, evaluate installation method, and etc
- Analyse bill of quantities, tender specification, brand list, etc
- Obtain quotations from suppliers / subcontractor and evaluate their pricing, delivery schedule and specification
- Prepare BQ for alternative designs and proposals for value engineering
- Compile supporting documents for tender submission
- Track, monitor and follow up on tender submissions, closing dates, award status and etc.
- Prepare, submit and follow-up monthly progress claim, arrangement of joint valuation and the interim payment certificate & payment
- Evaluate and verify of sub-contractors claim and issuance of sub-contractor’s payment certificate
- Attend to claims disputes and final accounts if required
- Other tasks or duties which may be assigned by the management from time to time

**Requirements**:

- Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma Civil Engineering/ Architectural/ Construction Management or Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- Possess excellent knowledge in construction measurements, contracts and tendering process
- Responsible to work overtime for urgent tender submissions
- IT-proficient, excellent oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge in AutoCAD and Mandarin language will be an advantage

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Melaka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Quantity Surveyor: 2 years (required)
- Building Construction: 1 year (preferred)
