**Head of IT (CIO / IT Director)**

**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced **Head of IT (CIO/IT Director)** to lead our retail supply chain technology operations across supermarkets, hypermarkets, mini-marts, departmental stores, and international imports. This role drives digital transformation, enhances supply chain efficiency, ensures POS and e-commerce excellence, and safeguards global compliance and cybersecurity.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Define and execute the IT strategy aligned with business and supply chain goals.
- Oversee ERP, POS, CRM, e-commerce platforms, and data analytics.
- Drive digital transformation and AI/ML adoption for forecasting and logistics optimization.
- Ensure cybersecurity, global compliance, and cross-border data security.
- Lead IT teams, manage vendor partnerships, and oversee IT budgets.
- Collaborate with retail, procurement, and logistics teams to integrate technology across operations.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10-15+ years in IT with 5-7 years in leadership, ideally in **retail, supply chain, logistics, or e-commerce**.
- Proven track record in ERP rollouts, POS integrations, and digital transformation.
- Certifications such as CISSP, PMP, ITIL, CSCP, or ERP-specific (e.g., SAP) are a plus.

**Skills & Competencies**
- Expertise in ERP, POS, CRM, cloud (AWS/Azure), and analytics (Power BI/Tableau).
- Strong project management, budgeting, and vendor negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and cross-cultural communication abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,137.97 - RM20,000.00 per month
