**Summary**:
Responsible for managing and overseeing QA/QC activities to ensure all construction processes and materials meet the highest quality standards and comply with industry regulations.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and enforce QA/QC procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and project requirements.
- Perform regular inspections and tests on construction materials and works to verify adherence to quality standards.
- Maintain comprehensive records of QA/QC activities, including inspection reports, test results, and corrective actions.
- Identify, document, and address non-conformances, coordinating corrective and preventive measures effectively.
- Plan and execute internal and external quality audits, ensuring all activities conform to established standards and procedures.
- Assess and monitor the quality of materials supplied by vendors, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
- Provide training and guidance to project teams on QA/QC standards, procedures, and best practices.
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless integration of quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify areas for quality improvement and implement strategies to enhance construction processes and outcomes
- Ensure all QA/QC activities adhere to health and safety regulations and standards, promoting a safe working environment.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Certification in Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) is preferred.
- Certification in ISO 9001 or related quality management systems is an advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience for Degree holders in a QA/QC role within the construction industry.
- Open to fresh Graduates with 1 year of experience in same role
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM1,790.56 - RM4,666.76 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Rotational shift
