Apam Master

Location: Classic Food Street Bandar Sunway

Time: Subject to location requirements, not more than 10 hours daily for 6 days per week.

**Job scope**:

- Training will be provided on how to prepare and cook Apam.
- Be interested in customers’ expectations and choices of Apam they like.
- Runs daily operations of kiosk and stall.
- Monitor ingredients level and inform purchasing department accordingly.
- Take customers orders, prepare and deliver to customers’ seats.
- Administer closing reports to the headquarters.
- Take customers’ feedback and report to the headquarters.
- Ensure all best practices of operating a food outlet/kiosk are complied and adhered to.

**Skop Kerja**:

- Latihan akan diberikan tentang cara menyediakan dan memasak Apam.
- Memastikan Apam kegemaran ramai disediakan sehabis baik.
- Menjalankan operasi harian kiosk.
- Memantau kuantiti ramuan dan maklumkan ke bahagian pembelian jika perlu.
- Ambil pessanan pelanggan, sediakan dan hantar ke tempt duduk pelanggan.
- Menyediakan laporan penutupan kepada HQ.
- Ambil maklum balas pelanggan dan laporkan kepada HQ.
- Memastikan semua amalan pengendalian makanan dipatuhi.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
