**About the Role**

The HR Intern will support the Human Resources department in daily administrative tasks, recruitment activities, employee engagement initiatives, and training coordination. This role provides hands-on exposure to the HR function within a dynamic hospitality environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and preparing interview documents.
- Support onboarding activities for new hires (preparing documents, conducting orientation, updating employee files).
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS / filing system.
- Assist in payroll-related documentation and leave records (depending on department needs).
- Support HR events, employee engagement programs, and training sessions.
- Assist in preparing HR letters, memos, and reports.
- Perform general administrative duties (filing, data entry, correspondence).
- Other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the HR team.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
