**Responsibilities**:

- Overseeing daily order fulfilment activities (Online Platform (Lazada, Shopee, E-Store), including order processing, picking, packing, and shipping preparation.
- Manage the routine daily customer enquiries regarding feedback, delivery, product, promotion and etc.
- Attending to general customer complain and problem and if necessary work with other related department to resolve the problem.
- Maintain high stocks accuracy by ensuring all the inventory control is up to date and fully reliable to the stakeholders.
- Overseeing daily inter-transfer items to assure inventory receiving process perform correctly. Filing transfer document in a proper manner.
- Record all the sales collected from e-commerce platform
- Meeting with cross functional departments (Digital Marketing and Logistic Department) to ensure the warehouse activities remain coordinated and running smoothly.
- Manage return, recall, discontinued and stock reconciliation matters.
- Ensure that stock inventory safely stored, arranged and accounted for and delivery to customers is always on time.
- Perform any related tasks assigned by superior from time to time.
